7Edge Capital, LLC was founded by long-time friends, Sev and Edward, both of whom share a passion for real estate. Sev spent the early part of his career as a commercial real estate broker closing over $100 million in transactions, specializing in 1031 exchanges, multifamily, and triple net leases. Edward is a CPA and Tax Director at one of the largest public accounting firms in the country specializing in real estate and partnership taxation, representing several real estate syndication firms in multifamily, office, retail, development, hospitality, and various other asset classes within real estate.

Together, Sev and Edward created 7Edge Capital, LLC, a real estate investment company, specializing in the acquisition and operation of multifamily real estate with a niche in providing fully furnished mid-term rentals. 7Edge Capital’s mission is to provide investors the opportunity to passively own real estate, generate cash flow, benefit from tax advantages, and build generational wealth through appreciation.
